SHIPPING POLICY
Our Free Shipping Special is for the Lower 48 States by UPS Ground or USPS Priority, whichever is most practical. We do offer discounted shipping to APO � FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Virgin Islands and International. The amount of the discount is based on the UPS Ground cost to ship a similar order from our facility in New Jersey to California, which is the furthest point on the Mainland. As an example, if the shipping for an order outside the Lower 48 costs $32.00 and the cost to ship a similar order from New Jersey to California is $7.00, then the discounted shipping would be $32.00 � $7.00 = $25.00. All shipping charges are confirmed prior to processing an order.

PEAK ATHLETICS LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTEE
Peak Athletics warrants KO Fightgear™ to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90-days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect, or misuse. Peak Athletics liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Peak Athletics in this 90-day period.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
New merchandise that is unused and suitable for resale may be returned for refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned 22-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days goods will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refunded.
